Say hello.
Every project starts with one email: hey@cozyedge.tech. No forms, no chat widget, no booking link. A person reads it and a person answers.
What to put in a first message
Write it the way you would explain it to a colleague. Useful things to include, if you have them:
- The problem — what is slow, broken, missing, or in the way.
- What you have today — the tools or stack you already use, even if you are not sure of the names.
- Timing — when this needs to be sorted, and whether something is on fire right now.
- Budget — a rough range helps us suggest the right size of work instead of guessing.
What happens next
We read every message and reply within a few working days. For work we can help with, the answer is a short conversation to understand the situation, then a written proposal with scope and price. We quote per engagement; there is no public price list.
For paperwork — contracts, invoices, supplier forms — the legal name, VAT number, and registered address are on the company info page.
